Position: Human Resources Assistant
 
Location:Shenzhen Nanshan District
 
Position Summary: 
The Human Resources Assistant provides secretarial support to Human Resource Officer to ensure smooth HR practices and administration processes and contribute to the development of engaged working environment in the office. 
 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 
1.Attendance Management and Leave Management
2.Consolidation of regular HR Reports
3.Keep contacts with HR agent for handling visa and work permit, etc for relevant staff 
4.Support on the administration process of payroll and social insurance 
5.Coordinate on relevant office events
6.Filing of personnel record    
7.Data-entry for HRIS
8.Collecting and mailing medical claims
9.Other duties may be assigned; 
 
Job Requirements:  
1.Prior experience as a generalist
2.Generally requires 2 years experience in a similar role.
3.Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office. 
4.Good knowledge of office equipment.
5.Ability to multi-task. 
6.Detail oriented.
7.Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams.
8.Fluent in English.Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
