富士通研究开发中心招聘LTE_A研究实习生（若干）
Job Description:
- LTE-A standard research and development.
- Joint researching the topics included in LTE-A Rel.10 and future Rel.11 standard
- Simulation platform building and testing and simulation document drafting, including LLS(link level simulation) and SLS(system level simulation)
- New idea generation to support STD group
Requirement:
- Master of 2nd and 3rd grade, PHD candidate
　　- Professional in theory of wireless communications, including OFDM, MIMO;
　　- Familiar with wireless physical layer protocols based on OFDM, SC-FDMA, MIMO such as LTE, Wimax ;
- Related SLS experiences such as SCM channel modeling and SU/MU MIMO evaluation are preferred;
- Strong C, C++
　　- Can be full time worker for a long term (at least 3 days per week, 2 months);
　　- Strong analysis capability for wireless communication system

要求:
-硕士2-3年级或博士
　　-具备扎实的无线理论知识，熟悉OFDM、MIMO技术；
　　-熟悉基于OFDM/SC-FDMA/MIMO的无线物理层协议，例如LTE , Wimax；
-有SCM 信道建模，SU/MU-MIMO系统级仿真经验者优先；
-能够熟练使用C，C++
　　-最好能保证长期全职实习(至少保证一周3天，2个月以上)；
-具备较强的分析问题能力
-6月初能到岗
