Position: Internship

Position 1 - work to clarify the voucher type of promotion process and propose improvements
Position 2 - Technology study on web 2.0 applications in China and social networks and framework of applications in the professional context.

Profiles of the candidates we are looking for:

- University diploma, at least bachelor; in business or IT or engineering
- Open minded
- speaks good level of either French or English
- preferably a previous experience or some knowledge in retail or consumer goods industry
- structured way of thinking, good analysis skills and effective communication
- dynamic and proactive, capable of thinking through a whole problem and propose solutions
- interested in internet and new internet technology (for the 2nd Position)

 

Location: Beijing

 

Position:  IT Engineer(full-time)

Implement, maintain and support IT systems and infrastucture for the 60 users in our company HQ in Beijing.

Responsibilities:

- Purchase, install, maintain and monitor hardware (including) equipements

- Manage users accounts on the various systems

- Manage company centralized systems: Windows domain, proxy, WSUS, mail, antivirus, supervision tools, access control card, PABX, ...

- Work on IT project to improve IT infrastructure, security, efficiency and users satisfaction

- Maintain IT documentation

Requirements:

- Windows Server 2008 and virtualization

- Network: configure router, networks supervision, network security

- Ability to share his knowledge and team spirit

- Ability to work in a small team: multi-task, assume hot line duties,changing environment and assignments...

- English as second language
