-Development for new products and new processes from Lab to plant scale;

-Improving existing processes for cost reduction;

-Coordinate with the other departments to implement new product transfer procedure;

-Track plant process performance, assist production department to resolve the process problems efficiently;

-Draft and update standard operating procedures for production use;

-Responsible for the processes training of technician;

-Maintain a safe and tidy laboratory and Maintain lab equipments good performance;

 

 

-Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry. Preferably Post Doc or equivalent experience in (pharmaceutical or chemical) industry;

-The ability to develop robust and efficient experimental plans that can provide timely technical solutions to meet commercial opportunities;

-Strong lab working skills in synthetic organic chemistry;

-Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time;

-Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills;

-With good organizational and planning skills;

-Strong Team player.

-Good English communication skill is a plus.

-Knowledge or experience in fragrance product and technology is a plus.

-Experience in project management is a plus.

-The ability to develop robust and efficient experimental plans that can provide timely technical solutions to meet commercial opportunities;

-Strong traditional chemical engineering calculation and equipment design skills;

-Strong chemical process design and scale up skills;

-Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time;

-Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills;

-With good organizational and planning skills;

-Strong Team player.

-Good English communication skill is a plus.

-Knowledge or experience in fragrance product and technology is a plus.

-Experience in project management is a plus.

-Responsible for process management. Check and analyze processes with regard to yield, batch time, quality, and the implementation of the processes. Find and correct process problems in time. Take action to implement continuously process optimization.

-In charge of introducing new process. Cooperate with process developing engineers to introduce new processes, prepare SOP, train operators, and make HAZOP analysis.

-Provide technical training and instruction to production staff to ensure operators have good command of job knowledge and working skills.

-Assist production manager for production management which should include making working schedule, issuing working orders, regular site checking, and EHS inspection.
