	职位描述： POSITION SUMMARY Performs assistant duties in the Human Resources Department. Facilitates a collaborative environment and implements appropriate change management initiatives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Develops business partnership relationship with management and employees through expert consultative counsel and support of the human resources function. Effectively communicates, establishes and maintains effective employee relations with all levels of management and employees. Assists in staffing & recruiting to ensure the best talent is selected, be responsible for employee on board and exit interviewing. Coordinates relocation and immigration activities. Assists in company culture building Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Works on salary administration and benefits projects as required. Leads employee activities and events sponsored. Participates in and/or leads special group projects as required. Responsible for other assistant duties as required. Material planner(Intern)

Responsibility：

* Material Plan and follow the material delivery

* Manage suppliers with respect to meeting delivery and quantity request, advise other Depts. through proper channels of any changes in lead time and availability of critical materials

* Review outstanding P.O.s and take necessary actions

* Use SAP to manage ordering actions

* Manage excess and obsolete inventory with high sensitivity to fluctuation in business and cash flow impact

* Support QA to resolve quality issues with suppliers and users to ensure corrective actions and closures

* Analyze the performance of the suppliers

* Follow up the shift of material's localization

Requirement：

* Major in English/trade or other area

* Knowledge in international trade & trade terms, transportation & distribution, Customs issues, purchasing.

* Responsible, action oriented, drive for results. Good interpersonal and team working

* Good PC skills in Word, Excel, etc. Skilled in use of SAP preferred

* Fluent in written and spoken English
