Job Responsibilities
- Locate in Wuhan
- On-site technical support customer. Coordination between customer and BOSCH internal
- Handling customer complaints and issues
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and increase customer satisfaction
- Strive on continuously improvement on S and C reduction
- Regular meetings with customers to review quality issues and make corrective and preventive action
- Support for service manual training for customer
- Support compliance to ISO/TS16949 requirements, support meeting plant and department goals and objectives
Qualification Requirements
- Degree/diploma in engineering
- 3 years in automotive industry (experience in OEMs is preferred)
- Basic knowledge of TS16949, FEMA, Problem solving process and method, 8D method, customer complaints handling method, technical support customer experience
- Driving skill
- Good English communication skill
