Position: 6- Month Technical Supporter (Beijing)
Location: BEIJING
Report to: Shanghai IT manager
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities
- Co-work with SHA IT dept to monitor the reliability of networking infrastructure, Video conference system and PBX system in Beijing office
- Offer basic PC helpdesk support: such as PC installation, data migration, virus clean-up , etc.
- Manage IT assets in BJS office
Requirements
- Bachlor's degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 2-year working experience in PC helpdesk support and network administration
- Be familiar with Microsoft family products (windows 7/ windows XP, office 2007...)
- well-organizer, self motivator, strong team work spirit
- Good command of English
- Good at typing is a preferential
