Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Nestle Beijing HeadOffice
JD:
* To effectively manage the End to End order process and monitor through to delivery and customer receipts ensuring accuracy, timeliness of execution and agreed levels of customer service.
* To effectively manage the return and refusal process to minimize customer dissatisfaction and avoid financial deductions.
* To control the demand management process using system-based tools and functionality to allocate stock to priority customer and / or events.
* To Network with integration points such as Generating Demand, Sales, Customers Logistics.
PS:
* Open to fresh graduate.
* Bachelor degree in Business related major
* Good English reading comprehension
* Advanced PC skill
* Passionate in working with details and numbers
* Excellent responsibility and adaptability to working under pressure
