POSITION OBJECTIVE:
l To provide effective day-to-day work to the business of product service and achieve company’s objectives.
l Be responsible to provide technical support coverage within the Asia Pacific region and provide D-R engineering solutions.
l Help to support the work of relevant department.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Support Product and Service team at professional technical side to develop business and execute Territory Plan.
l Assist team to initiate/develop technical solutions to achieve territory plan.
l Visit or Joint visit clients to communicate with clients, penetrate into, understand, create client’s technical needs/opportunities, work out ,explain, and promote DR professional solutions, follow up together with AMs to make needs/opportunities into booking.
l Support sales team to make technical report. Initiate and develop technical training programs for sales team and clients.
SCOPE & DIMENSIONS:
l Provide development for new Product Upgrades for specific market / client issues.

l He or she should possess excellent interpersonal skill and strong communication abilities, both oral and written with internal and external customers.
l He or she must be a good team worker.
l Proactive working attitude, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity. Should be very systematic in all he does. Be full of responsibilities.
l Good file and record organization and report writing.
l Possess the necessary patience and tact to do the job well. Could solve the problem calmly and independently.
l Can work under stress.
KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
l Must be outstanding in the school and high-achieving in professional knowledge.
l BS majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related.
l A strong knowledge of general mechanical engineering, drafting, such as AutoCAD and UG NX, and be proficient with PC process.
l Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. English skill: CET 6 or above.
