The Legrand group, which in 2003 made net sales of nearly 3 billion euros and employs some 27,000 people globally, is the world specialist in products and systems for electrical installation and information networks in residential housing and commercial buildings and in industry.
The Legrand group has some 60 units worldwide and sells in more than 160 countries. Its product offer is particularly wide-ranging since the Legrand group offers over 130,000 catalogue items distributed between 80 product families.
The Chinese market is booming, and to serve it best, the Group employs more than 1,800 people in China while developing its capacities both in sales and in manufacturing.
