Executive Search Researcher-Intern（招聘研究员-实习生）

 

Main Responsibilities:

Ø        Analyze and Understand client’s requirements

Ø        Accomplish the searching tasks independently within the timetable 

Ø        Willing to make Cold-call actively

Ø        Well cooperate, communicate with Consultant

Ø        Well communicate with the candidates

 

General Profile:

Ø        College or Bachelor degree

Ø        Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking, CET6 perferred

Ø        Good Computer skills, Familiar with Excel, Word and Microsoft Power Point

Ø        Good Interpersonal, Communication, Presentation skills, and Team-work consciousness

Ø        Experiences in Student Union is preferred

 

Place of Work:

Ø        Based in Shanghai

 

Recruitment Process:

Ø        Full-time Intern Period ( at least 2 days per week )
