Job description / Mission

To coordinate the sales administration process from the receipt of the order to the delivery of the goods for all designated customer orders. Reporting to business line manager.

Major Responsibilities:
? Sales work support (SOEF, payment & shipment)
? Make, register, file, transfer and follow up the sales contract
? Receive inquiry from the customer and transfer it to responsible sales.
? Bidding Document
? BLM monthly report & weekly forecas
? Give the quotation to sales according to their demand and keeping the quotation
? Manage the order database in computer, import daily order data, offering order report to sales manager as reference
? SAP order processor

Knowledge / Educational requirements
College graduate, with Mechanical background.
Good command of English both in writing and speaking
The ideal candidate should also be computer literate (ie MS Office),
