Purpose of Position
To handle customer requests and answer inquiries about package pick-ups and deliveries, promote and respond to question about FedEx products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Secondary education or equivalent
Experience
One (1) year work experience in customer service and interaction.
Technical Expertise
Customer service skills and orientation
Fluency in English and local language, verbal and written, if first language of the country is not English. (standardized test results may be required at country level)
