Major Responsibilities:
? Monitor service vendor on expatriate relocation process in line with company policies, including both expatriation and repatriation.
? Act as a consultant to explain the company polices and relocation process to expatriates.
? Handle local hire foreigners reimbursement and immigration issues, and coordinates payment processes internally with other department.
? Maintain expatriate information in HR system and file related personnel document properly.
? Assist supervisor to prepare expatriate monthly report for payroll calculation
? Cooperate with HR headquarters team to fulfill new staff /intern on board, transfer, resignation, promotion, etc., and make sure employee data, p-file accuracy.
? Assist Supervisor and line organization in making staff movement legally
? Work with supervisor and HR manager on staffing and expatriate management special cases and projects
? Support on implementation of employee relationship programs, policies and practices
? Other task assigned by supervisor or HR manager.
