? To be an assistant in HR Department of China Retail.
? Responsible for basic HR issues, including trainee's payroll, benefit, basic administrative issues, etc.
? Responsible for recruitment data collection & analysis; simple CV scan; recruitment reply, etc.
? Responsible for keying in training data, etc.
? Working availability on more than three days every week, 1 year's internship agreement.
Requirements:
? SPORTIVE Junior student in University.
? Major in HR management, accounting or other relative subjects is preferred but not required.
? Good command of English and computer skills (Word, Excel, etc), French is preferred.
? Willing to work under pressure with high potential.
? Responsible, dynamic, demanding, sports practice.

Founded in1976, today Decathlon becomes an European leader of distribution (around 500 stores around worldwide) and of conception / production of sporting articles through its 16 passion brands, for exemple Quechua for mountain sports, Tribord for water sports, B’twin for cycle sports, Domyos for fitness and gymnastics etc.
Decathlon have 40.000 collaborators in 25 countries in the world and realized 4.9 billions euro of annual C.A in 2008.
On November 2003, Decathlon’s first Concept store in China opened successfully in Huamu (Shanghai Pudong). Till today, Decathlon opened 23 concept stores in China: Beijing、Tianjin、 Qingdao、Changchun、Chengdu、Shanghai、Nanjing、Wuxi、Suzhou、 Dalian、Hangzhou 、Guangzhou、Shenzhen.
