Position: Receptionist
Location: Beijing， CBD Area
Report to: Facility Manager
Purpose of Role:
Work as the front face to support all reception service, coordinate all office admin service on related floor, also with some designated work (stationary distributing, meeting room booking and space information update).
Main Responsibilities Include:
主要职责
· Conducting all front of house reception duties as per the service level agreement and client requirements. Provide professional, polite and timely reception service.
根据前台服务的要求标准及客户需求提供来访者接待服务，展现专业礼貌与及时的公司面貌。
· Responsible for managing meeting room standards and bookings and ensuring that all aspect of meeting room are kept in line with what is expressed in the service level agreement.
按照会议室预定流程管理公司各个会议室的预定与协调。
· Responsible for receiving calls, closing out completed tasks, escalating calls to management when necessary and ensuring that all aspect of Help Desk operations are kept in line with what is expressed in the service level agreement.
负责接听来电并迅速及时地完成任务，在必要的时候转接来电至相关人员，确保一切与前台相关的服务得以迅速高效的进行。
· Other allocated admin work: stationary ordering/distributing, space updating, and work related to employee check in/out.
其他上级分配的行政工作，例如订购与发放文具，办公区维护，门禁管理等。
Requirements:
岗位要求
· University graduate major in English, Business Administration or related
大学本科学历以上，英文、工商管理等相关专业。
· Fluent spoken & written English and Chinese.
中英文听说读写流利，能够流畅与外籍人员沟通。
· Good command of Microsoft office.
熟练应用office办公软件。
· Possesses effective interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
良好的人际沟通协调能力和技巧。
· Preference on at relevant experience.
有外资企业前台工作相关经验者优先。
· Fresh Graduate is also welcomed.
此职位可接受能力优秀的大学应届毕业生。
