Project Management Team Intern
l Vacancy
Two interns are needed
l How long/ how many days per week at least
At least 3months and then maybe extend per demand month by month/3 working days per week at least
l JD
(1)Detail checking the construction drawing and work out related quantity survey and cost calculations
(2)Value-engineering calculation and cost saving estimations
(3)Other missions
l Key criteria
(1)Familiar with construction drawings per the discipline (Civil engineering, Architect, Electrical Engineering, HVAC or Water Supply, etc.)
(2)Capable for quantity survey efficiently
(3)Have experience with design/project management/consultancy for engineering project
(4)Systematical thinking and details oriented
(5)Good at ACAD and Excel
(6)Good at written English, oral good is preferred
(7)Master is preferred; bachelor with actual project experience is also good.
