· To maintain a close and good relationship with customers by providing excellent customer services;
· Analyse forecast from Inter-company, and feed-back to customer and material department timely.
· Provide in time service to our customer in terms of question answer, PO acknowledgements, and urgent supporting.
· Follow and updating procedure and polices for customer service.
· Achieve annual budget for customer satisfaction,
· Hold weekly conference call with Weert and Portland.
· Closely working with material department to make sure material planning matches with production planning.
· Communicate with Planner to make sure production planning are align with customer needs.
Qualifications:
· A University Degree holder or equivalent.
· Good learning skills & logic thinking.
· Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese and English.
