· The role will provide IT Helpdesk support to global internal clients. · The primary activity is to support calls coming and emails from global internal clients and help the clients for the trouble shooting by phone and remote technical support on hardware & software.· Daily IT administration activitieso IT accessories order and invoice processingo Helpdesk monthly data report consolidationo Mobile bill monthly report

Qualification: . · IT skill Requirements: o MS Office 2007 and 2005 o MS Operating System for workstation – Windows XPo MS Operating System for server – Windows 2003 and 2007. o Dell desktop and laptop hardware support and maintenance. o Local Area Networking technologyo Voice over IP technologyo Wireless network technology· Language Skills: o Fluent Mandarin/English both in written and oral. · Delivering Value to Customers:o Ability to provide quality client service and build strong client relationships. o Treats customers with respect· Teamwork: o Must have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.o Self-motivation and willing to help team members and clients· Delivering Resulto Takes immediate action to resolve issues and problemso Continues to push for improved processes and procedures· Communicationo Conveys information clearly and concisely. o Effective with written and oral communications in both group and individual settings.
