工作地点：广州周边地区，视具体工作安排而定
招聘对象：2010年应届毕业生；或有1至2年工作经验，有志于继续学习和个人能力拓展的青年朋友。
学位要求：学士学位、硕士学位
专业要求：
材料学、化学、工民建、汽车设计、机械、化工机械、土木工程、供应链管理、工业管理等相关专业；
综合素质要求：
1.扎实的专业基础，热爱所学专业
2.较强的学习能力，思维敏捷
3.乐观积极，坚忍不拔
4.富有团队合作精神
5.优秀的沟通、协调和组织能力
6.英语六级以上，良好的英语口语和书面能力
7.能够服从分配，包括工作内容和地点。
项目周期：1-2年。前半阶段主要在生产及供应链部门轮岗，后半阶段主要在营销部门轮岗。
