Responsible for staff reimbursement and cash collection
2) 能够和银行建立良好的合作关系
Act as Liaison with bank personnel
3) 负责银行日记帐等一系列和上海办事处有关的财务报告
Prepare Bankbook & other Accounting reports, maintain Shanghai accounting records
4) 负责部分财务系统的数据管理
Assist with accounting entries into ARP
5) 其他相关的职务
Other duties as assigned
Requirements 要求
1) 英语良好, CET 4
Excellent command in English, at least CET 4
2) 财务或相关专业毕业
University graduate in Finance / Accounting related subjects
3) 欢迎应届毕业生来申请
Welcome new graduates to apply
4) 熟悉财务工作流程并具有船公司相关工作经验者优先
Knowledge of business practices and procedures in a professional field, and shipping knowledge preferred
5) 熟练掌握办公室自动化软件
Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
6) 能够承受工作压力
Able to work under pressure
