工作内容：

负责能源领域法律法规的搜集和分类整理

负责从公开网络资源中获取能源企业信息并负责信息的整理

负责获取和编辑能源企业的交易信息（如：并购、私募股权和风险投资、合资、项目融资等）

 

职位要求：

能源法或民商法专业在读硕士或博士研究生

熟悉公司的交易类型和方式

熟练的专业英语技能，能快速分析和阅读英文交易信息并翻译成中文

具备很强的资料搜集和研究能力

 

工资：每天100元人民币

工作时间：2010年6月－9月 办公室办公和学校办公结合 请自带电脑

Title: Recruitment for Legal Research Assistant (Energy Module) - Intern

 

Job Description:

 

Be responsible for categorizing and collecting laws and regulations in Energy area;

Be responsible for gathering energy companies' information through public domain

Be responsible for retrieving and editing the information of commercials deals of energy companies (M&A, PE/VC, JV, Project Financing, etc.)

 

Requirements:

Postgraduate majored in Civil and Commercial Laws

Be familiar with the companies' commercial transactions

Good legal English skills for quick access to SEC filings and its translation

Strong research ability

 

Remuneration: 100RMB/Day

 

Number: 4-6 persons

 

Time: June 2010 to September 2010 Office base and family base; Bring your own laptop
