职位描述
    1.POSITION SUMMARY 职位概述
    Assist the Quality manager to direct and coordinate the quality activities on Welding Consumables manufacturing. To perform product quality assurance improvement duties in support of quality control of production process, data collection
    协助质量经理管理和协调焊接材料生产制造过程中的质量活动，执行产品质量保证改善职责，协助产品制造过程如数据收集等质量控制活动。
    2.RESPONSIBILITIES职责
    •Work for welding consumables to develop product quality assurance
    开展焊接设备质量保证活动
    •Identifying process problems affecting productivity and quality and developing appropriate solutions.
    识别出生产过程中影响产品生产和质量的问题，并寻求合适的问题解决方案。
    •Be responsible for quality servicing in workshop, this includes quality control of in-process and finished products, supervision of workers engaged in quality control activities, （quality verification, quality solution, report quality problem, etc.）
    生产车间现场质量服务工作，包括产品过程中的质量控制，最终产品的质量控制，及管理相关质量控制的人员(如质量检验，解决质量问题，汇报质量事故等)。
    •Assist quality manager for final products quality, ensuring the quality of product is up to the requirements of customers and company.

    •Tracing the corrective action or improvement action, collecting quality data and information on production line, conducting and supervising inspectors.

    •Arrange and perform test of raw materials and products.
    安排并实施对原材料和产品的检验活动。
    •Maintain test database.

    •Quarantine and dispose nonconformity materials and product daily

    •Enhance data accuracy, communication and reporting.

    •Follow company process and specifications.

    •Master new skill/knowledge actively when needed.

    To advise, coach and take action on production or performance issues which impact on product quality or delivery.
