Description of positions : Mechanical Engineers (Motor/airflow design) 机械工程师(流体力学/空气动力学/流体机械/电机电器/电机及控制专业)
The employee reports to: Electronic Director 电子总监
Aim of the position:
· Design and development of the air moving devices(fans,impellers,blowers..)with air flow or motor design knowledge
运用相关知识设计和开发空气移动设备(风机,叶轮,鼓风机..)
·Write up complete description of motor and change requests and forward to drafting
书写电机完整描述以及变更要求,并设计草图
·Design sample motors and ensure the motor and customer product are compatible electrically and mechanically
设计样品电机并确认电机和顾客产品符合电气和机械特性
·Optimize airflow structure, fan’s blade shape design, reduce input power, and improve efficiency
优化气流结构和风扇的叶片形状设计，降低输入功率，提高效率
·Provide high reliability and stability design solution, specification and test plan according to System Requirements and
Voice of Customer.
根据系统需要和客户要求提供可靠和稳定的设计解决方案、规范、测试计划
·Checking drawings and Bills of Material for new models and change requests
为新型号列出材料清单以及变更需求
·Lead and handle product development projects for mechanical components and systems
带领和处理产品的机械部件研发项目
·To suggest mechanical solutions for assigned projects and study of existing products.
对工程机械的方案提出建议,学习并熟知已有产品的相关信息
Qualifications:
·Bachelor or above in Engineering or fluid dynamics area
机械工程或流体动力学本科或以上学历
·Comprehensive technical English and Chinese(German) reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
理解并能读写技术英语、中文或德语，沟通技巧是必须的
·CAD design and CAE analysis tool application
能熟练运用CAD设计以及CAE分析工具
·Good team work capability and excellent oral presentation skills
良好的团队合作能力及优秀的口头表达技巧
