The service apartment was opened in February 2010. The 206 apartments have a mix of one and two bedrooms apartments and be operated as serviced apartments under the Lanson Place Hospitality Management, part of USI Holdings Limited.

Lanson Place is a group managing Hotels and Serviced Apartments in the Asian Region and is expanding in China with two properties already under management- Lanson Place Jin Lin Tian Di, Shanghai and Lanson Place Central Park, Beijing. Lanson Place Jin Qiao Shanghai is only 5 minutes walk from the underground system, line 6.

The serviced apartment has an exercise facility, a breakfast lounge and business centre. The estate also has a large health centre with a swimming pool that residents can use. All apartments will be furnished in a comfortable residential style with a fully fitted kitchen, an entertainment centre featuring a flat-screen television, DVD player and high quality internet connections.

"上海逸兰金桥服务公寓"位于上海浦东金桥，由上海黄山合城置业有限公司所开发。公寓于2010年2月开始试运营。 由一房约80平方米，两房约120平方米的房型所组成，总共206套房间。并由知名的富联国际集团有限公司旗下的逸兰国际酒店管理公司所管理。在亚洲多个城市，逸兰作为酒店式服务公寓的管理集团已经拥有了多家物业，并且公司正在扩展中国的市场，目前在中国已经有了2家物业，逸兰锦麟天地（上海）服务公寓以及逸兰新城国际公寓（北京） 上海逸兰金桥服务式公寓距离地铁6号线金桥路站约5分钟的路程。服务公寓内将会提供早餐，高档健身设施，休闲区及商务中心等设施设备。同时在小区内有一个大型的健身中心供住客使用，设施包括有：游泳池，高档健身设备等。所有的客房内设施齐全，配有全套厨房设备及先进影音娱乐设施及高速的网络服务。

实习要求：

专业要求：英语或旅游管理专业学生优先

技能要求：英语四级以上，口语沟通流利

其他要求：形象气质佳，吃苦耐劳，有志于在酒店行业发展
