Customer Engineer

Job responsibilities:
1. Provide on site customer support in installation, system upgrade, trouble shooting, PM, CM, etc, for customers world wide
2. Provide off site support remotely (meaning staying at Applied Xian office)
3. Installed base analysis
4. Involve in trainings to internal and external customers, documentation, etc.
5. Main interface: local account engineers and managers, technical and business management colleagues in headquarter, customer engineers, etc.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
1. Mechanical/automation/optics/precision-mechantronics/EE, etc., related educational background, bachelor or master degree, or equivalent
2. Travel 50% of one year Good hands-on skills
3. Good communication skills Good English skills
4. Dedicated and motivated to the work.

客户技术支持工程师

职位描述：
1. 提供客户技术支持工作，新机台安装，系统升级，问题处理，故障处理等。
2. 西安公司内部技术支持。
3. 装机基础分析。
4. 提供内部，外部客户技术培训。
5. 承担公司派于的其它工作。

要求：
1. 机械制造及其自动化/精密仪器/电气工程及其自动化/光学等专业本科或硕士研究生(优先)以上学历。
2. 能接受一年50%时间，在台湾/亚太区主要城市国家出差。
3. 良好的动手能力。
4. 良好的沟通协调能力。
5. 良好的英文沟通能力。
6. 对待工作自发，主动。

Buyer
Job description
Ÿ Follows-up on orders, verifies delivery, approves payment, and maintains necessary records.
Ÿ Works with engineering to recommend new suppliers.
Ÿ Analyzes proposals, negotiates prices and delivery, issues and/or adjusts purchase orders in a timely manner.
Ÿ Negotiates vendor contracts, as appropriate.
Ÿ Follows purchasing business processes. Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
Ÿ Interfaces with Accounting and Receiving to resolve problems.

Requirements
1. Master level degree or equivalent in business, purchasing/materials, supply chain management, International trade, English or related discipline
2. Requires a general understanding of supply chain management, competitive analysis, cost analysis, cost avoidance and reduction, negotiation, commodity knowledge, information systems / commerce, and procure to invoice.
3. Requires a general understanding of the supplier’s business and processes, and a good understanding of the technical aspects of the products.
4. Requires good skills in change management, problem solving, communication, customer orientation, global business perspective, personal effectiveness, project management, team skills and quality.
5. Willing work in shift

采购员
职位描述：
1. 跟踪订货要求，物流，批复等。
2. 与技术工程师一起确定供应商。
3. 分析供应商报价，质量。确保供应商按时按量交货物。
4. 跟踪购买全程。
5. 根据公司采购计划，协助供应商确定和货物交付。
6. 供应商管理。

要求：
1. 英文，经管，供应链管理，物流，国际贸易，电子商务等相关专业本科和研究生（优先）以上学历。
2. 有相关采购，物流实习经验优先。
3. 良好的供应商管理，议价，物料管理基础知识等。
4. 优秀的英文沟通表达能力。
5. 能接受倒班工作制。
