Job responsibilities:
维护开票数据到AWS并且开具发票
Maintenance of billing data to AWS and invoiced
-负责保税和其他税务事宜，并维护好与税务局的关系
Responsible for the bonded and other tax matters, keep good relationship with the Inland Revenue Department
-根据相关的费用支付制度检查公司的日常费用并维护到AWS
According to the costs associated payment system to check the company's day-to-day costs and the maintenance of the AWS
-负责去银行付款和管理银行回单并维护好与银行的关系
Responsible for payment and management of the banks go back to a single bank and keep good relations with banks
-管理备用金并做好备用金对账
Management imprest and imprest reconciliation
-负责准备和提交有关政府机关所需要的报告，如工局和统计局
Responsible for preparation and submission of the relevant government authorities required reports, such as Trade and Industry Bureau and Bureau of Statistics
-其他由财务经理分配的任务
