1.Job Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of duties in support of Human Resources and Human Resource systems, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, setting up interviews, and performing reference checks.
- Maintains and updates intranet/internet posting of job openings.
- Creates and tracks offer letter and acceptances. - Supports the staffing department in orchestrating event
-driven projects including job fairs, expos, special recruiting events (SREs), university relations and recruitment. May also serve as HRIS Coordinator.
- Sets up systems and procedures to maintain employee information. Processes employee information and updates in PeopleSoft.
- Manages service anniversary recognition program including tracking, fulfillment and vendor relationship.
2.Jobholder's Requirements
- At least 3 days a week and can work at least 6 months, post graduate student in Grade 2 is prefered and majored in Human Resources is preferred.
- Be proficient in human resources software packages, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point. Proactive and details driven
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
- Flexible and adaptable and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
