工作要求:
1.用电话来解决公司内部左右IT用户的问题
2.负责与IT用户沟通并确认其的故障描述,并通过相关的远程控制软件来解决用户故障
3.记录整个troubleshooting的过程。并将解决方案录入相应的系统
职位要求:
1.大专以上学历
2.有较深厚的IT知识背景,一年以上客户端IT技术支持经验
3.能够胜任在较强压力下工作,具有良好的沟通能力
4.为人积极、进取,有良好的团队合作精神
5.计算机专业毕业(不排除应届毕业生)
6.良好的服务意识、沟通能力、学习能力及学习主动性
7.有较强的英语读写能力(听说能力佳优先考虑),英语四级
8.MCSE、CCNA、CCNP优先考虑
Work Responsibilities:
1. Using the phone to solve the problem of internal IT staff
2. Responsible for IT users to communicate and confirm the fault description, and through the relevant remote control software to solve the user fault
3. Records of the troubleshooting process. Input-related systems and solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
1. college degree or above major in computer or related professions
