Job Title:	Junior Researcher
Working Location:	Shanghai/Beijing

 

 

Overview

 

Researcher is the first approach to candidates and could get the first hand market information for each order. The incumbent will be expected to map out the targeted talent market in a smart and professional manner, and proactively provide feedback to Consultants

 

Position Description

• - Conduct research in the talent market or internal/external database, make the first call to candidate for job briefing and motivation check;
• - Conduct comprehensive mapping according to the search direction agreed with Client and collect candidates' CVs;
• - Attend the client meeting to understand the search direction and job requirements;
• - Day to day update mapping progress and candidate feedback to Consultants
• - Daily input mapping record into our database and ensure the accuracy;
• - Work out mapping report after order close, and keep warm with candidates on a regular basis

Requirements

• - A degree holder with entrepreneur spirit;
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player;
• - Ability to work independently and able to take challenges and pressure to meet deadlines;
• - Self-motivated, proactive, target driven, and hungry to succeed; and
• - Fluent in verbal and written English (CET6 or above is a must), good Internet search sills and computer skills including Word, Excel and any database software.
• - Industry knowledge in Medical/Pharma/FMCG/Retail will be a great plus
