Purpose of the job |
|||
|
|||
Assist Organization Development and Learning team in terms of training coordination, administration, library management, and other internal management issues |
|||
|
|||
|
|||
Key responsibilities of the job |
|||
1. Coordinate training and development activities to make sure expected results are achieved |
|||
|
|||
2. Manage training room to make sure all the facilities are in good condition and used effectively |
|||
|
|||
3. Build and manage internal library to make sure knowledge is shared effectively |
|||
|
|||
4. Manage internal E Learning system and E tools to make sure the systems are used effectively |
|||
|
|||
5. Collect and manage internal training data to make sure all data are kept accurately and delivered in timely manner |
|||
|
|||
6. Assist team members to make sure the team operate smoothly |
|||
|
|||
