Positions that report to this position: No

 

Purpose of the job

 

Assist Organization Development and Learning team in terms of training coordination, administration, library management, and other internal management issues

 

 

Key responsibilities of the job

1. Coordinate training and development activities to make sure expected results are achieved

 

2. Manage training room to make sure all the facilities are in good condition and used effectively

 

3. Build and manage internal library to make sure knowledge is shared effectively

 

4. Manage internal E Learning system and E tools to make sure the systems are used effectively

 

5. Collect and manage internal training data to make sure all data are kept accurately and delivered in timely manner

 

6. Assist team members to make sure the team operate smoothly

 

 

Requirement

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

Competency, Characteristics and Behaviour

Fluent English, especially in writing

Strong communication skill

 

 

Computer mastery

Strong coordination skill

 

 

At least 1 year experience of training assistant

Patience and attention to details
