Honeywell Safety Products (HSP) is one of the largest providers of personal protective equipment serving the fire service, electrical safety and general ind ustrial worker segments.

HSP R&D is now offering intern opportunities for hardware design and test support.

Position: hardware design intern
Opening Number: 1
Location: Zhangjiang, Shanghai

Job Description:
1) MCU based embedded system design, including schematic and PCB layout
2) Circuit debug and troubleshooting
3) Performance test of electronic products
4) Research on industry related technologies and do competitive analysis

Requirements:
1) 1st or 2nd year post-graduate students for Master degree or outstanding undergraduates, major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Automation or equ
ivalent are preferred;
2) Work at least 3 days a week for about 4 months;
3) Familiar with electronic hardware design, including schematic design, PCB layout;
4) Strong circuit analysis and debug ability;
5) Knowledge and experience in high voltage electrical power system is a plus;
6) Familiar with Cadence Capture and Allegro is a plus;
7) Familiar with MCU firmware development is a plus;
8) Ability to learn new things quickly and self-motivated;
9) Good English communication skill.
