目标与职责
Objectives & Responsibilities

- 常规技术支持工作，包括email、电话和现场技术支持，答复客户硬件或软件的咨询
- 主导针对客户的技术研讨会
- 主导针对客户操作技能的培训课程
- 根据公司战略方针与并支持所有市场计划
- 与销售部门合作，提供售前客户支持，如技术讲座和样品测试
- 针对客户样品，开发实验方法，为客户提供分析手段
- 准备客户样品测试报告

- General applications support including email, telephone support and on site support for customers in regards to hardware, software.
- Conduct regional/local and onsite seminars.
- Prepares training courses and conducts customer education program e.g. Training School.
- Launch all marketing programs according to company requirement.
- Work with local sales team to provide presales customer support to potential customers e.g. conduct product demonstration.
- Evaluate customer sample, develop test methods and conduct analysis for customer.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on customer sample analysis to support the sales process.

学历
Educational Qualifications
- 硕士（材料专业或化学相关领域）以上学历，并具有3年以上相关工作经验
- 博士学历者，应届毕业者酌情考虑？
- At least a Master degree in Material Science or Chemistry related, 3 year of relative working experience is necessary.
- PhD degree is a plus, no working experience is acceptable on conditions.

技能
Skills & Knowledge

- 英文听、说、读、写能力强
- 有热分析仪器操作经验者
- Good in listening, speaking and writing English Knowledge.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the principles of thermal analysis.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond t questions from field sales personnel and customers.
- Ability to write technical reports, business correspondence and training presentations.
- Ability to present technical information to customer.
