岗位职责：
1）根据路线簿拜访客户门店，正确填写路线卡
2）制定所属客户销售目标及目标分解
3）严格执行陈列标准，争取最佳陈列位置
4）负责客户订单处理和应收帐款的回笼
5）及时反馈市场和竞争对手情况并拟定建议
6）管理货架等设备并确保有效运用
7）管理库存水平，确保持续配送和产品轮换
8）按公司要求管理退货
9）严格执行公司价格和促销策略，确保客户遵约执行客户年度协议
10）建立良好的客情关系
11）保持精确的销售记录，每日更新业绩板
12）对促销员进行定期指导、检查和评估

职位要求：
1）大专或以上学历
2）接受应届毕业生
3）沟通能力强，好学上进，态度积极，喜欢快销品行业
4）能承受较大的工作压力
5）喜欢在户外工作，喜欢与人沟通
6) 有自备交通工具(摩托车/电瓶车等)

With a similar marketing strategy from Beijing, Mankattan and Country Road are enjoying increasing high market share in Shanghai and is expected to grow tremendously in the coming years. The total number of employees is growing rapidly and is well over 600.
