Description
· Prepare for all business related documents for internal & external business use
· Take charge of coordinating various data research and generating business reports
· Attend internal meetings, and keep and file meeting minutes, and follow up on action items from all related team members.
· Act as an internal coordinator to assist marketing/sales team for follow up administrative and business issues.
· Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
Qualification
· Senior students in colleague, major in English or passed TEM-8.
· Experience in Sales/Customer Service/Marketing is a strong plus.
· Quick learner with good team spirit.
· Excellent in office software (Excel, Word, PPT etc.),
· Available for at least 3 days full-time work per week.
