§ Software Development Manager Location：Zhuhai
The development manager will work directly with a product architect in Toronto, Canada who is driving the vision and implementation plan for the APM solution. As a result, it is essential that candidates are fluent (written and verbal) in both English and Mandarin.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the enterprise monitoring market, as well as a variety of application architectures. He or she will have built a team to create new product.
Familiarity with methodologies like Agile and Scrum would be helpful. Experience with project management and people management is important.
Understanding of a programming language like C, C , Java, or C#/.NET is considered an asset. Generally speaking this is a technical position that requires a strong technical leader with good communication skills.
The specific technologies don’t matter as long as the general background is technical.
Requirements:
Ø 3 – 5 years of experience managing and building a team
Ø Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
Ø Able to hire effectively
Ø Experience building and managing a team
Ø Comfortable working in Unix and Windows based environments
Ø Experience with multiple platforms

§ User Interface / Graphic Designer Location：Zhuhai
Design of user interfaces for computer programs with a strong focus on user experience, visual design, illustrate and create graphics elements, create design prototypes and provide usability evaluations。
Responsibilities:
Ø Design and development of graphics elements including Icons, Product logos, Splash screens, Wizard screens, etc.
Ø Design Interfaces for computer programs including workflow, screen design. Provide development teams with sketches, wireframes, mockups of windows, screens and dialogs following standard Interface guidelines and interaction design patterns.
Ø Provide specialized graphic art and design services required in the product development and delivery cycle.
Requirements:
Ø Experience equivalent of a 4-year university with an emphamsis in graphic design, visual design, digital media, user interface design, human factors engineering, computer science or art.
Ø Requies an additiinal 2-3 years of working experience in industry standard drawing and graphics software.
Ø Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, XML, Java script, AJAX, 3D modeling tools, Microsoft Office, Rapid Prototyping and Mockup tools. As a UX (Visual or Graphic) designer fluency in current graphic design practices, understanding of branding, layout, color theory, typography and a strong design style is required.
Ø Strong communication skills. Ability to get things done , effectively manage multiple projects / tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Ø Ability to travel up 10% of work time
