职位： 制造测试工程师（在校实习生）  
Principle Tasks/Generic Tasks:  
1.Develop automation test system.  
2.Work with R&D to develop Teststand sequence according the Production Test Specification  
3.Work with production engineer to make sure the test system transfer smoothly to factory.  
4.Wirte and maintain troubleshoot guides  
5.Train technicians on test and debug  
6.Support the EMS partner during production ramp up and resolve technical issue found in test.  
7.Identify root cause of low yield or high RMA rates and introduce corrective actions.

1.Communicate quality and capacity issues to management.

Personal Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:  
1.Personal Skill - Fluent written and spoken English  
2.Personal Skill - Understanding of European culture and ways of doing business.  
3.Personal Skill - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  
4.Personal Skill - Open, honest, loyal  
5.Personal Skill - Team player  
6.Personal Skill - Must be able to develop software by C++ or NI Labview  
7.Qualification - At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, or Electronics, Master is preferred  
8.Experience - Proficient in NI Test Stand, C++, Labview is preferred  
9.Experience - Software design  
10.Experience - Read and understand schematics, PCB files and IC datasheet.  
 
Success Criteria:  
1.Ability to take over the test softeare development  
2.Perform smooth transition from New Product Introduction to day-to-day manufacturing  
3.Increase yield on individual product to above 95%  
4.Ability to overcome language and cultural barriers  
5.Ability to produce consistent quality under pressure
