招聘职位

1- Developer

Accountabilities:

• Participate in shipping and logistics related project development;
• Participate in use case walkthroughs and requirements discussions;
• Responsible for object-oriented system design and review;
• Responsible for application development;
• Responsible for unit testing of the module and ensure quality of work;
• Responsible for production support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related disciplines;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Knowledge and experience in Java related technology, like JDK, J2EE, XML; or C# development in .net platform;
• Knowledge and experience in SQL, database;
• Good problem determination and rectification skill, analytical thinking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team work spirit, be initiative and pro-active

 

2-  Global Desktop Support Center

Accountabilities:

• Ensure that level-1 issues and service reported by internal end-users and can handle in a manner that is both high quality and aligned with business requirements according to SLA, including production support for PC hardware, operation system, Antivirus client and server monitoring and update, SharePoint2007, Microsoft Offices usage and issue, Wireless, SSLVPN, admin task in domain and server etc. Perform support duties to sustain systems and service levels - 24/7/365 for global user in OOCL.
• Escalate issues to Level 2nd tier support, or external vendors with enough information when required; ensure to follow up issue tightly according to severity and business impact.
• Participate in deploy and administer centralized management software tools such as Microsoft System Configuration Manager, remote control software, etc.
• Develop supporting documentation, including diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures, and work instructions. Maintain and develop standard procedures to handle incidents and perform root-cause analysis on recurring problems.
• Participate the testing of desktop project testing before implementation. Proactively contribute to the development of a firm foundation for desktop support processes with future scalability in mind.
• All interactions, work flow, productivity levels and quality standards are implemented with a "Customer Service" approach to both the internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese a must
• Strong interest in support of multi-site desktop environments
• Knowledge of desktops/laptops, Microsoft desktop technologies:
• Windows XP, Window7, Office2007
• Symantec Antivirus Product.
• Microsoft Office support and Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting in Exchange Server environments
• Active Directory, 2000/2003 server.
• Good understanding of computer networking
• Microsoft SCCM preferred.
• Strong team player
• High level communication skill with user in different countries.
• Good sense of urgency and knowledge to prioritize to handle multiple task in dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Cisco networking is a plus.
• Over the phone remote support for VPN troubleshooting.
• MCSE certification is desired.
