nfrastructure Technology Services Graduate - Hong Kong

The Information Technology Group (ITG) is responsible for:
- Managing Macquarie's technology infrastructure
- Supporting, maintaining and enhancing existing business systems
- Delivering and deploying new systems, technologies and services
The Group provides each major business in Macquarie with a dedicated team that works closely with that business to understand its particular technology needs.
As a graduate within Macquarie's Infrastructure Technology Services Team in Hong Kong you will be expected to participate in a 2 year rotation program. During this time you will work across a number of different teams in various roles. You will spend 3 to 6 months in a minimum of 4 of the following roles:
- Infrastructure Support Engineer (Database)
- Infrastructure Support Engineer (UNIX)
- Infrastructure Support Engineer (Windows)
- Infrastructure Support Engineer (Network)
- Security Administration Analyst
- Helpdesk Support Analyst
Your responsibilities will vary between teams, but will consist of a minimum of the following for each platform:
- Learning the global infrastructure design and associated procedures and
- processes
- Learning to work with the support tools required
- Monitoring and reacting to alerts
- Supporting the global infrastructure
- Execution of infrastructure changes
- Taking proactive measures to manage capacity
- Working with the global teams to implement new equipment
- Gatekeep the delivery of new equipment and services to the production environment
To be successful in this role you will have:
