岗位职责：
1. 各类合同版本的拟订、审核与修订。
2. 参与相关合同的谈判及其修改。
3. 参与对纠纷、诉讼、理赔等事宜的了解、咨询与处理。
4. 与相关业务部门的沟通、协调及提供法律事务上的咨询。
5. 相关合同、协议的整理、归档。
6. 上级交办的其他事项。
应聘要求：
1. 法律专业本科或以上学历，英语听说读写能力强。
2. 应届生或1-2年经验，有房地产行业法务工作经验尤佳。
3. 熟练掌握《民法》、《商法》、《合同法》、《房地产法》等法律法规，能熟练拟订相关法律文本。
4. 具有良好的沟通与协调能力、良好的口头表达与书面表达能力。
5. 思维灵活，条理清楚。
