REPORTS TO : FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR
PURPOSE
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Front Office Supervisor. Works within the Lanson Place policies and procedures and the Front Office Manual in all matters relation to the department. Plays a crucial role in portraying the image of the Serviced Residences.
RELATIONSHIPS
1. Reports directly to the Front Office Supervisor on all matters relating to residence occupancy status, cashiering and guest information services.
2. Daily interaction with Porterage employees to ensure efficient handling of guest baggage.
3. Interacts with all guests on all matters relating to rooming, cashiering and guest information services.
4. Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Housekeeping in order to achieve a high standard of guest services.
5. Interacts with limousine personnel in matters relating to guest transfers
6. Coordinates with Accounts Department with regards to accounting policies.
