Responsibility:
1. Responsible for mechanical assembly process. Support production line to do trouble shooting on any process issues. Continuously optimize mechanical assembly process through SPC, data analysis etc.
2. Participate in new project transfer, responsible for new process、 equipment、 fixture and tooling design and qualification.
3. Renovation and modification on current process and tooling fixture to meet production requirement.
4. Prepare PFMA and other relative documentations for production.

Requirement:
1. Fresh Graduates, Bachelor or Master degree, major in electrical engineering.
2. Familiarize in Programmable Logical Controller (PLC), ability to do programming and troubleshooting systems.
3. Familiar with automation technology, servo control, vision system, automatic screw driver system and robot etc.
4. Prefer to have experience with CNC machining electrical control system.
5. Good in Chinese and English.


工作职责:
1. 负责生产现场工艺以及问题解决，通过SPC及数据分析进行生产工艺持续改进;
2. 参与新项目开发，主要负责新工艺、新设备、新工装、新模具的开发与定制验收;
3. 对现有设备、工装进行技术革新与改造;
4. 参与FMEA和其他生产标准化作业指导书的制定。

技能要求:
1、电气工程相关专业应届毕业生, 本科或硕士学历;
2、熟悉可编程控制器（PLC），能够应用PLC进行编程和问题解决;
3、熟悉自动化技术，如伺服控制、视觉系统、自动螺丝枪系统、机械手等;
4、最好有数控加工中心的电气控制系统工作经验;
5、良好的中英文表达能力。

Till now, TRW Automotive has six plants in china. TRW Automotive Components Shanghai Co., Ltd., (TACS) which was founded in October,2002 and located in Shanghai International Auto City, is a wholly owned Plant by TRW Automotive. Our current business operation includes: producing and assembling electrical powered hydraulic steering systems for chassis、actuation、 and airbag ECU electronic. We also sell our products and provide after-sale service in the mean time.

Furthermore, a new expanded TRW Automotive Components(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd will replace our exiting plant of 4000m2 with a new 20,000m2 unit. This new facility will form the footprint for TRW’s continued Electronic and Steering growth within china, the construction of which represents a further commitment by TRW of some USD30 million within the Anting Area.

目前TRW在中国共有6个工厂，2个办事处，其中，位于上海国际汽车城的天合汽车零部件（上海）有限公司是TRW（天合）汽车集团在中国上海于2002年10月新成立的独资工厂，公司目前的主要业务为： 生产、组装汽车底盘电子动力转向系统、汽车制动器，汽车安全气囊电子控制模块，销售本公司自产产品并提供售后服务。

天合汽车零部件（上海）有限公司的新建厂房，面积从原来的4000平方米扩展到2万平方米。新厂为天合在中国继续发展电子和转向产品奠定了坚实的基础。新厂的建设也使天合在安亭地区追加投资3000万美金。
