Job Purpose
Manage and coordinate a variety of training and development programs on-line and off-line for supporting staff in order to improve core and functional competencies.
Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
Major Accountabilities
1. Support TM&OD team in training program coordination & logistics ;
2. Be responsible for quality control of the training courses and training measurement;
3. Support TM&OD team drive the process of OTR and formulate annual plan in line with business development needs;
4. Assist to drive the TMS implementation and keep the data updated; Manage and develop e-learning system;
5. Assist in driving performance programs & proper documentation.
Ideal Background
Education: University graduation, Bachelor Degree or above
Languages: Good command in English
