Long-Term Intern

Duration: One year.

Notes:

·         For students who wish to go to technical departments for internship: We prefer students who can work 3 days/week or more in the first half year and 4 days/week or more in the second half year. (技术类实习生，我们希望您能在上半年需工作每周3天以上， 下半年可以工作每周4.5天以上。论文答辩期间可适当放宽。)

·         For students who wish to go to supporting departments for internship: We prefer students who can work 3 days/week or more 。(行政类实习生，我们希望您能在实习期间工作每周三天以上。)

·         All interns can work full-time in summer break （暑期可全职实习）

Target Students:

·         Forth-Year undergraduate students (2010年9月进入大四的学生)

·         Graduate students who can work the same amount of time

Recruiting Process：

·         被录取的同学将在暑假期间全日制进入公司实习

·         在大四/研二第一学期进行指定时间的非全日制实习

·         在大四/研二第二学期在公司进行全日制实习(论文答辩时间除外)

Qualifications:

·         Excellent communication with good command of spoken and written English

·         Good knowledge of IT (For technical intern)

·         Basic knowledge of finance is a plus 

·         Highly-motivated, with the ability to work well with others in stressful situations

·         Good academic standing

·         Currently enrolled in a undergraduate or masters program

·         Fast learner and eager to learn

·         Strong problem solving ability

·         Responsible and flexible
