Title: Assistant Accountant

Job Description

- Ensure smooth operation of accounting function in trading company 
- Assist Accountant in the daily bookkeeping 
- Daily accounting reconciliation (Petty cash, courier, supplier contract)
- Payable invoice treatment and follow up 
- Assist Accountant in the reconciliation and follow up on client's order

- Assist in Month end procedure

- Travel expense audit

- Any other administrative task needed

 

Requirements

- University degree, major in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in a similar job: 1 - 3 years, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Rep office experience will be preferred
- Very Good command of English, speaking and writing;
- Master of using Excel and Word; master at using Chinese accounting software; knowledge in Simply Accounting software will be preferred
- Proactive, energetic, well organized and professional; ability to be self-motivated and work independently
- Teamwork oriented

-相关工作经验1-3年，考虑应届生

-有代表处会计工作经验优先

-熟练的英语说，写能力

-熟练使用Excel 和WORD；熟练使用中国财务软件；熟悉Simple Accounting软件为佳

-主动积极专业，有良好的组织能力，独立性强

-团队成员
