Requirements:
1. Junior college above, majoring in English or administration preferred
2. Reception/Admin Assistant exposure preferred
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill
4. Excellent English skill in speaking, reading & writing
5. Proficient MS office skills
6. A good sense of service

Responsibilities:
1. Operate all incoming/outgoing phone calls and take good care of the telephone System
2. Book flight or train ticket as per needs and make reservation for hotel
3. Receive all visitors and keep good order the reception system
4. Manage and handle stationary, all mails and express etc. and make relative bookkeeper
5. Handle office expense payment application
6. Other assignments by HR Manager
