SALANS is a full service international law firm with over 750 lawyers and tax experts operating globally from 22 offices.  SALANS SHANGHAI OFFICE has operated in China for nearly 10 years.

SALANS SHANGHAI OFFICE offers internships to tax or accounting major students that are interested in learning more about the tax and legal industry, specifically in areas such as transnational merger and acquisition, foreign investment, capital market and finance and so on. Individuals must be willing to take initiative to do the task that may be required from time to time by the professionals.

Once the interview process is complete, the candidate will be notified, in writing, a month prior to the start of their internship program.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicant must meet the following requirements:

1.   Undergraduate tax or accounting major student in grade 3 or 4, or postgraduate tax or accounting major student in grade 1 or 2;
2. An applicant who has CTA or CPA qualification is preferred;
3. Strong command of written and spoken English;
4. Knowledge of word processing practices and procedures;
5. Ability to perform work with attention to detail;
6. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
 
LENGTH OF INTERNSHIP

The minimum length of an Internship is 3 months. Internships are offered on a daily payment basis specified in offer letter.
