Team Assistant HBPO China
Attention:该职位为面向应届毕业生或两年以上工作经验者的全职职位。
Responsibilities:1. Team Assistant function- Fulfilling general affairs in office, i.e. attending phone, visitors and organizing meeting rooms, company events, etc.- Controlling team members business time schedules, necessary hotel and transportation reservations / booking always keeping in mind the optimum price and budget keeping- Contact person between our HBPO Group companies and HBPO CN for all general affairs issues- Contact person for outside agencies and service firms, i.e. name card printing company, office supplies orders, etc.- Taking care of company internal general communications- Organize special mail sending inside company and outside company group always checking in advance the urgency of the sending and the most cost efficient sending method- Supporting communication in case Chinese-English translation is necessary
2. FC & Accounting Support - Carrying out petty cash payments to team members using online banking - Taking care of general banking issues, i.e. online invoice payments, general bank transaction, etc. - Preparing accounting documentations for monthly closing and year end closing - Monthly reporting: support documents preparation together with Controlling Manager - Preparing BSC monthly sheet - Annual closing report: support documents preparation together with Controlling Manager - Preparing BSC monthly sheet - Annual closing report: support documents preparation together with Controlling Manager - Other FC activities directly appointed by HBPO CN FC Manager - Invoicing pursuant to Chinese local regulation
Qualifications:1. University Degree or above;2. Good at both spoken and written English, Korean is a quite preferred plus;3. Strong ability of communication and fast learning;4. Team leader character, perseverance to reach goals;5. Act systematically and analytically, simultaneously great adaptability to change;6. Willing to improvement permanently meet or exceed deliverables7. Experience with accounting, HR, business would be a plus:
