Principal Key Accountabilities or Results of the Job
主要关键的职位职责
1. To manage daily documents of the department such as applying for payment documents and making different reports;
部门日常文档处理:申请付款单据,编制各类报表;
2. To manage ERP orders;
ERP订单处理;
3. To assist daily export and import business, make purchasing order;
Assure, arrange the shipment and follow up the date of the shipment;
协助处理日常进出口业务,完成采购订单制作,确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期;
4. To coordinate the shipment with the logistics unit;
与物流协调发货事宜;
5. To collect, analyze and evaluate supplier’s information;
搜集、分析及评估供应商信息;
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
职位要求
Education/degree and experience
教育经历
1. Bachelor degree or above in English/mechanics/finance/trading;
本科以上学历,英语类/机械类/金融类/贸易类专业;
Skills/knowledge/abilities
知识与技能
1. To manipulate computer skillfully and be familiar with office software;
计算机操作熟练,熟悉Office办公软件;
2. To be frank, honest and upright and be loyal to the company;
为人坦白,诚实,作风正派,对公司忠诚;
Language Skill
语言技能
1. CET-4 or above, be able to listen/speak/read/write fluently;
英语四级以上,流利的听说读写能力;
