Description
- Direct customers to proper delivery channels
- Provide country specific input to global project teams, as appropriate
- Transition non HRS work to designated person, transition HRS work from HRG's in the field
- Document processes
- Provide cross training to others on processes and systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the administrative aspects of one or more of the assigned areas:
 Overall portal self service access opportunities
 HR Systems - People Soft, Manager Direct Access (MDA)
 Labor reporting
 Staffing
 Compensation
 Records administration
 Benefits - policy, vendor management, insurance administration
 Payroll - processing, reporting, payments
 Data entry processing
 RIF processing/ severance agreement support
 Reporting
 Learning
 Leaves of Absence
 Tuition reimbursement

Qualifications

   Ability to influence others, lead indirect teams
 Demonstrated ability to drive change
 Clear process focus, systematic, organized
 Project management skills
 Knowledge of HR systems and processes
 Excellent communication skills at all levels in organization
 Customer service focused
 Effective at managing multiple priorities
   fluently english and koearn speak
