- Direct customers to proper delivery channels
- Provide country specific input to global project teams, as appropriate
- Transition non HRS work to designated person, transition HRS work from HRG's in the field

- Provide cross training to others on processes and systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the administrative aspects of one or more of the assigned areas:

Payroll - processing, reporting, payments
Data entry processing
